Data collected
This website uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools. Only a technical session cookie is used to secure forms.
Information sent through the contact form (name, email, message) is used only to reply to you. It is never sold or shared.
Complaints and reports
Information submitted through the complaints mechanism is encrypted and accessible only to the designated focal point. You may report anonymously. Every access to a case file is logged.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for a maximum of three years. Complaint files are kept for the periods set out in our procedures manual.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to the address shown on the Contact page.
