Zero tolerance
RFAD applies a zero-tolerance policy for sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (PSEAH), and for any form of violence against children and vulnerable people.
All staff, volunteers, consultants and partners sign our code of conduct when they join and every year after.

Nothing in return
RFAD's assistance is free. No one may demand money, favours or relationships in exchange.

Protected reporting
Anyone who reports in good faith is protected from retaliation.

Survivor-centred approach
Confidentiality, safety, consent and referral to medical, psychosocial and legal support.

Investigation and sanctions
Allegations follow a separate, confidential investigation process and lead to disciplinary action.
Report abuse
Our mechanism is confidential and can be used anonymously.
